baby, i'm preying on you tonight, hunt you down eat you alive.

it's 2015, people!

and what better way to celebrate, is by having finals!

well, thank goodness i didn't have a paper right after the first day of the new year but i had my first paper on new year's eve.

bringing it back to Christmas Eve.

still in the midst of my study break but i hitched the bus downtown to catch a glimpse of the 1600 paper pandas that was on tour.

unfortunately, i overheard there were only about 300+ in Penang and they were placed in different parts and surely Komtar couldn't fit all 1600.

spent the day with love for a stroll and a movie?

Gurney Paragon had this Spongebob Squarepants thingy for kids and all i could do was take pictures.

because you had to spend RM200 in one receipt to gain access to the playland.

i miss my childhood shows.

and i just found out another fun fact about love, he doesn't like Spongebob.

was so ecstatic that we are wearing Christmas colours altogether.

one white and one red.

didn't manage to speak much but we hugged and grabbed a photo and we were off our separate ways with our Daniel's.

while waiting for time to pass, we just walked around and took photos of the scenery from random levels.

the places in GSC was full and we couldn't get good seats so we decided to go to TGV.
and because i remembered i just signed up for the Movie Club, i managed to redeem a pair of free tickets to any show!
thus, day wasn't wasted.

coming back to New Year's Eve.

another lucky night for us because we got seats for dinner at Blue Reef.

practically the place had reservations but they had a table for 2.

love was already on the edge of having a bad mood because he was hungry.

and you know what they say, a hungry man is an angry man.

it was still early and we didn't want to just walk around endlessly at Straits, so we just took a ride downtown to Kapal Singh Drive, where there was also a countdown concert there.

nevertheless, that place was too crowded so we head back to Straits Quay for the fireworks.

and of course, we passed Precinct 10 where the main crowd would be.

if you didn't know, Penang was having the biggest countdown party called ELATION and i managed to acquire a complimentary ticket.

but because it was only one and i couldn't find another for love, i gave it away to Sue Wern, whom was looking for a ticket as well.

i guessed she would be able to fully utilize the ticket as she had friends who were going, and what better to party with a whole group rather than alone and your partner waiting behind the barricades right?

and she did update a blog post about that awesome event right at her blog.
